I decided to make some fireworks streamers and a really cute breathe with red white and blue and stars that you can hang just about anywhere. First, you're going to need a foam whiteboard and a foam pool noodle, and I got mine at the Dollar Tree for a dollar. I also got my garland there that you're going to need from the streamers, and you can go ahead and get your choice of red white and blue yarn at any craft store next trick. I
need Mod Podge duck tank and knife really sharp scissors. A sponge brush and some glitter - I use silver fairy dust for this one first, you're gonna need to grab your needle and start bending it because it's going to be really firm and you need to bend it. So you can attach the two ends together with duct tape, so go ahead and start duct taping the ends together and you want to make sure that you type it really really tight because you don't want it to come undone while you're wrapping it with the yarn.
It might pop open and it would just be a mess everywhere once you have that taped up go ahead and move it out of the way we're gonna go ahead and grab our handy, dandy, yarn and I went ahead and start with the color red just gonna tie around a little knot make sure it's secure. You can also start with a color white if you want to really doesn't matter if, in this case, I did red go ahead and snap on the edge and start winding up that yarn you're going to make sure you want the yarn really really tight.
That way the noodle doesn't show through and now once you get about, four inches of color go ahead and start with the neck and not those two strings together and cut off the extra pieces as close to the knot, as you can now go ahead and start With that color and Ravis again, this is very time-consuming, so make sure you have a good night to do it up. Once I get about a 3/4 done, I go ahead and start with the blue and it's just gonna be this color from here on out. Finally, with the blue part done, I'm gonna go ahead and take a straight edge and start drawing the stars out on my board. I use a receipt and that didn't work so well.
So if you find a ruler or something straight edge, that's hard. I recommend that now go ahead and draw that out and use your exact knife to cut it and we're going to go ahead and pop that sucker out of there and position it where you might think it's good on the blue yarn. I don't like all the edges to be the same. I like some of the points to be a little longer at character. I
